TBC LED Launches DWS Series Indoor HD LED Display with 33mm Die Cast Cabinets and Wave Inspired Design

Shenzhen, China — TBC LED has released the DWS Series, an indoor HD LED display platform built on 33 mm die-cast aluminum cabinets with a wave-inspired front design. The series is aimed at integrators, AV contractors and brand owners who need a fine pitch wall that looks as considered as the interior it sits in, rather than a flat black panel bolted to a wall.

Each DWS cabinet carries flowing curves and clean lines on its front face. When cabinets are assembled, the repeating motif lines up across the whole wall and produces a smooth, unified surface instead of visible box joints. Precision die-cast aluminum keeps the profile slim at 33 mm while giving the frame a modern industrial character suitable for lobbies, boardrooms and premium retail environments.

The platform is offered in four cabinet formats that share the same 33 mm depth and can be combined horizontally or vertically to match a given wall, column or opening. Because every module is a 250 × 250 mm unit, spare parts and service stock stay simple across the range.

• 12-16 bit grayscale — deep shadow detail and clean gradients in dark scenes, where lower-bit screens show banding.
• 15,000:1 contrast ratio — black stays black under normal room lighting.
• 160° / 160° viewing angle — consistent color and brightness for viewers off to the sides of a lobby or meeting room.
• Brightness 600 nits (P0.97-P1.56) and 800 nits (P1.95-P3.91) — matched to close viewing distances where excessive brightness causes glare and eye fatigue.

Modules connect directly to the cabinet through plug-in connectors and are held by magnetic positioning, so alignment is accurate without tools and modules stay seated during operation. Modules can be rotated 90 degrees to suit a cabinet layout while keeping viewing characteristics consistent. Maintenance is front access only, which matters where the wall is recessed, flush mounted or a rear service corridor does not exist. Quick-connect power and signal interfaces cut internal cabling, anti-loosening screws and an anti-collision design protect the cabinets in transport and on site, and optional Eagle Hook Locks and inter-cabinet hard connections speed up assembly on larger walls.

The DWS Series covers the indoor fine pitch range in eight steps, so a project can be specified by viewing distance and budget rather than forced into a single pixel pitch.
