China — Topbright Creation Limited, a China-based LED display manufacturer established in 2008, has introduced the TITAN Series, a new outdoor LED display platform built for high-brightness advertising, roadside media, and landmark façades. The TITAN Series pairs a lightweight 22.5 kg aluminum cabinet with IP65 protection on both front and rear surfaces, brightness of up to 10,000 nits, and a refresh rate of up to 7,680 Hz, giving integrators a single platform for projects that must stay readable in direct sunlight and remain serviceable for years outdoors.
Outdoor screens fail commercially when they wash out at midday. The TITAN Series addresses this with brightness options reaching 10,000 nits, a 15,000:1 contrast ratio and 14–16 bit grayscale processing, so both highlights and dark scenes keep their detail instead of flattening into a grey panel. Color temperature is adjustable from 5,000 K to 12,000 K, allowing the display to be tuned to ambient light conditions on site rather than being fixed at the factory.

Power consumption is where outdoor projects are won on total cost of ownership. The TITAN Series runs at 100–200 W/m² average power with a 650 W/m² maximum, compared with roughly 425 W/m² average and 1,000 W/m² maximum for a reference LED cabinet. Because the 1 × 1 m cabinet weighs only 22.5 kg, steel structures, hoisting loads and freight costs can all be reduced — a decisive advantage on rooftop and pole-mounted installations where structural reinforcement is expensive.
Both the front and rear surfaces of the cabinet are rated IP65, protecting the display against dust ingress and water jets in exposed outdoor positions. Service access is available from either side, which matters in practice: screens mounted against a wall can be maintained from the front, while free-standing structures can be serviced from the rear walkway. Plug-in modules with direct module connections simplify front service, and each cabinet carries a status / test button for fast on-site diagnostics.
Cabinet-to-cabinet alignment is set by stainless steel quick locks rather than bolts, shortening assembly time and holding precise seams across large arrays. Alignment pins and integrated module handles further reduce handling time on site, while the aluminum rear cover protects the power and data connectors during transport and installation.
With 140° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles, the TITAN Series keeps color and brightness consistent for audiences approaching from oblique angles — essential for street-level screens and stadium perimeter applications. The cabinet also supports 90-degree and corner layouts, enabling wrapped corners, angled video walls and glasses-free 3D creative content without custom mechanical fabrication.
The series covers viewing distances from 3 m to 200 m with six pixel pitches, all sharing the same 1,000 × 1,000 mm cabinet and 2 × 4 module layout:
| Pixel pitch | Pixel density (pixels/m²) | Cabinet resolution | Scan mode | Brightness (nits) | Viewing distance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P2.976 | 112,896 | 336 × 336 | 1/21 | 4,500–5,500 | 3–100 m |
| P3.91 | 65,536 | 256 × 256 | 1/16 | 5,000–10,000 | 4–100 m |
| P4.81 | 43,264 | 208 × 208 | 1/13 | 5,000–10,000 | 4–100 m |
| P6.25 | 25,600 | 160 × 160 | 1/8 | 6,000–10,000 | 6–150 m |
| P7.81 | 16,384 | 128 × 128 | 1/4 | 6,000–10,000 | 8–150 m |
| P10.42 | 9,216 | 96 × 96 | 1/2 | 6,000–10,000 | 10–200 m |
Beyond the standard 1,000 × 1,000 mm module, the platform offers 1,500 × 1,000, 1,500 × 750, 1,500 × 500, 1,000 × 750 and 1,000 × 500 mm options, so screen dimensions can be matched to façade grids and structural modules instead of forcing the building to fit the screen.
The TITAN Series is available now. Distributors, system integrators and advertising operators can request a specification sheet, cabinet samples or project pricing by contacting the TBC LED sales team through tbcled.com. OEM and project-specific configurations, including brightness options and custom cabinet sizes, are supported on request.
